ROBERT SCOTT SNELLINGS, ESQ.
Robert
S. Snellings graduated Rutgers University in 1999 with a
bachelor of science degree in Administration of Justice. In
2003, he received his law degree from Seton Hall University
School of Law and was admitted to the bars for New Jersey and
New York in 2004.
Prior to joining Maneri and Maroules, L.L.C., Mr. Snellings
served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella,
Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New
Jersey. In 2001, Mr. Snellings was hired by the law firm of Egan
& Novack, L.L.C. in Totowa where he worked as a law
clerk/associate for approximately three years.
Mr. Snellings joined the practice of Maneri and Maroules, L.L.C.
as an associate in November of 2004. As an associate with the
firm, Mr. Snellings focuses his practice primarily on commercial
litigation. He manages a substantial volume of cases as local
counsel for a national commercial lender in lawsuits seeking to
exercise rights and remedies against borrowers and guarantors
under security retail installment contracts, including claims
for deficiency judgments and recovery of collateral. He also
represents regional and national banking institutions in a
variety of legal matters including actions for breach of
promissory notes and mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Snellings is
responsible for all phases of litigation including preparing
pleadings and written discovery, drafting legal briefs,
conducting depositions, arguing motions and attending mediations
and arbitrations.
